We currently deliver over 1,800 packages daily across these ZIP codes and are expanding our team.
About the Position
We are seeking independent courier drivers and route manager,Sub contractor teams with their own fuel-efficient vehicle or Team. Most deliveries involve small packages (typically Less than 10 lbs). Work starts around 6:00 AM.

Work training is provided to ensure you can master the rules and requirements in a short time。
Qualifications
- Must have your own vehicle (fuel-efficient preferred)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Willing to work weekends
- Possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to scan & sort your assigned pkgs with All route Members and follow the guideline/ instructions from Route manager.
Pay Structure
- The rate varies base on the difficulty of the route(distance between stops,Fuel consumption,Area) , The rate range is from $1.5-$1.9/Pkg,
Available-Easy Route: $1.5 per stop for single-package deliveries(Stops are usually 2-5mins apart)
Available-Moderate difficulty Route:(Experienced driver only) $1.7 Per stop for single-package deliveries(Stops are usually 5-10 mins apart);
Currently Unavailable-New Route Development: (Experienced Driver Only),$1.9 Per stop For Single-package Deliveries(stops are usually 12-20 mins apart);
- Multiple packages at one stop: $1.50 / $1.7 / $1.9 for the first package + $0.5 for each additional package
- Most drivers complete 100+ stops per day
- Average daily earnings: $150 – $350
Schedule & Hours
- Expected Hours: 40–50 per week
- Shifts: Day shift, starting in the morning
- Work Days: Monday–Friday and every weekend
- Routes available daily with a set weekly schedule
